Design Indaba Expo 2013

When creativity in its abundance is exhibited under one roof and creatives from all walks of life get together, you have an explosion of inspiration, networking and are left with every fibre of your body ready to put all this to good use.

Such, was the experience for me when I attended the Design Indaba.

Attending the design expo for the first time this year, I was impressed by the number of school learners in their uniforms in attendance but wished that schools from the townships could also be more exposed to these events. Design is so inclusive and such a wide and open industry and young people would befit from it a great deal.

The expo had everything one could imagine a expo like this would have and more...

Fashion shows and clothing on display, decor, jewellery, historical designs, art, bags and plenty of live entertainment and food!
